Billed as ‘the style manual for successful men’, The Big Black Book is a twice-yearly guide to the finer things in life, from the people behind Esquire. The Big Black Book covers fashion, food, art, design, drinks, cars travel, grooming, watches and interiors. We were asked to shoot a story in Dublin featuring a cast of Irish creatives.  These included the artist Maser, musician Daryl Bengo and GAA star turned menswear designer, Paul Galvin. Perry chose to photograph them at one of his favourite locations — Henrietta Street on the Northside of Dublin —  which features the first Georgian houses built in Dublin. The idea was to show these modern Irishmen against the elegant but somewhat derelict background of Georgian Dublin.
